Matthew 5:9 - Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.

 

HOW TO BE A PEACEMAKER

 

 

1.    Live At Peace With God

Ephesians 2:14 - For He Himself (Jesus) is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation.

Romans 5:1 - Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

2.    Be Filled With Forgiveness

Mark 11:25 - And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.

3.    Take The First Step

Matthew 5:23 - Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, [24] leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.

Romans 12:18 - If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.

4.    Speak Words Of Peace

Proverbs 15:1 - A gentle answer turns away wrath, but harsh words cause quarrels. (TLB)

Ephesians 4:29 - No rotten talk should come from your mouth, but only what is good for the building up of someone in need, in order to give grace to those who hear. (CSB)
