Easter Weekend At Hope

John 15:13 - Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.

WHAT WE CAN CELEBRATE THIS EASTER

1. God’s Love Gives Us Forgiveness

Luke 23:34 - Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, because they don’t know what they are doing.” 

2. God’s Love Heals Our Brokenness

1 Corinthians 11:24 - Jesus broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you.”

3. God’s Love Conquers All

John 11:25 - Jesus said to her, “I am the one who brings people back to life, and I am life itself. Those who believe in me will live even if they die.

HOW TO START (OR RE-START)

A RELATIONSHIP WITH CHRIST

1. Admit You Need God

Romans 3:23 - Everyone has sinned and fallen short of God’s glorious standard.

2. Believe In Jesus Christ

John 3:16 - “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”

3. Commit Your Life To The Lord

Romans 10:9 - If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

2. Develop the four essential spiritual growth habits; 1) daily Bible reading and prayer; 2) regularly fellowshipping with other Christians; 3) serving others; 4) being filled and guided by the Holy Spirit.
