Revelation 1:9 - I, John, am your brother and your partner in suffering and in God’s Kingdom and in the patient endurance to which Jesus calls us. I was exiled to the island of Patmos for preaching the word of God and for my testimony about Jesus. [10] It was the Lord’s Day, and I was worshiping in the Spirit.

We Find Hope In Christ When We …

1. Connect With Community 

Revelation 1:9 - I, John, am your brother and your partner in suffering and in God’s Kingdom … 

1 Corinthians 12:14 - For in fact the body is not one member but many. 

2. Persevere Through Persecution

Call To Overcome :: Revelation 2:7; 2:11; 2:17; 2:26; 3:5; 3:12; 3:21; 17:14; 21:7 

Revelation 14:12 - Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus. 

3. Worship Through Our Worst Times 

Revelation 1:10 - It was the Lord’s Day, and I was worshiping in the Spirit. 

Revelation 5:12 - Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom, and strength and honor and glory and blessing! 

Revelation 19:1 - After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, “Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God!”
